Digital Fingerprinting

OVM's Human Resources Department offers digital fingerprinting using FBI-certified hardware and software with complete transactions for licensure, registration and employment purposes. All applicants must bring a valid state-issued photo ID and the agency information to where fingerprints are to be submitted.  Costs:  BCI Check: $32.00.  FBI Check: $34.00.  Payment may be made by cash, check or money order.
